We've been really lucky that those magnificent men with their flying shakers at The Mixology Group have created for us the Jubilee Spritz which when you arrive on the 1st June will be waiting for you. We asked them to create a cocktail that used Dubonnet - the Queen's favourite tipple. The Queen Mother was even known to back a bottle or two when she was going away - just in case!

Our Victoria Sponge Cheesecake - our first culinary experiment was road tested by some very willing volunteers - we've tweaked to make it perfect but you'll just have to see for yourself!
